このたび、東京ヴェルディは、イベント分野におけるサステナビリティマネジメントの国際規格であるISO 20121:2024の原則と要件に沿って、クラブとして初めてとなる『サステナビリティレポート2025』を発行しました。また、『ESGポリシー』および『ファンポリシー』を策定しましたので、あわせてお知らせします。
『サステナビリティレポート2025』は、東京ヴェルディが2025年に取り組んだ環境・社会・地域連携に関する活動を整理し、今後さらに体系的に推進していくための基盤として作成したものです。クラブの現状や活動実績を主要数値により可視化するとともに、持続可能なクラブ運営に向けた考え方や重点領域などをまとめています。
『ESGポリシー』では、環境、社会、ガバナンスの観点から、CO₂排出量の削減、資源の効率的な利用、サーキュラーエコノミーの推進、公正で包摂的な職場環境の整備、地域社会への貢献、法令遵守や持続可能な調達など、クラブが継続的に取り組むべき基本方針を示しています。
『ファンポリシー』では、ファン・サポーターの皆さまをクラブのサステナビリティ推進における重要なステークホルダーと位置づけ、試合日の移動、資源利用、環境配慮、インクルージョン、地域環境の保全などにおいて、責任ある行動をともに広げていくための考え方をまとめています。クラブとファン・サポーターの皆さまが互いを尊重し、ともにクラブの持続的な未来をつくっていく関係性を大切にしていきます。
なお、これらのレポートおよびポリシーは日本財団からの助成金を活用した『Ｊリーグ サステナビリティ事業活動助成金』を用いて作成したものです。
東京ヴェルディは、『サステナビリティレポート2025』『ESGポリシー』『ファンポリシー』を、持続可能なクラブ運営に向けた新たな基盤と位置づけ、パートナー企業、地域社会、行政、ファン・サポーターをはじめとする多様なステークホルダーの皆さまと連携し、持続可能な社会の実現に貢献していきます。

Announcement of the Publication of “Sustainability Report 2025” and the Establishment of the “ESG Policy” and “Fan Policy”
Tokyo Verdy is pleased to announce the publication of its first-ever “Sustainability Report 2025,” prepared in accordance with the principles and requirements of ISO 20121:2024, the international standard for sustainability management in the event sector. Tokyo Verdy has also established its “ESG Policy” and “Fan Policy.”
The “Sustainability Report 2025” has been prepared as a foundation for organizing and further advancing Tokyo Verdy’s environmental, social, and community engagement initiatives carried out in 2025 in a more systematic manner. The report presents the Club’s current status and activities through key figures, while also outlining its approach and priority areas for sustainable club management.
The “ESG Policy” sets out the Club’s fundamental approach to ongoing initiatives from environmental, social, and governance perspectives. These include reducing CO₂ emissions, improving resource efficiency, promoting a circular economy, ensuring a fair and inclusive working environment, contributing to local communities, complying with applicable laws and regulations, and promoting sustainable procurement.
The “Fan Policy” positions fans and supporters as important stakeholders in the Club’s sustainability efforts. It outlines the Club’s approach to encouraging responsible actions together with fans and supporters in areas such as matchday travel, resource use, environmental responsibility, inclusion, and the protection of the local environment. Tokyo Verdy will continue to value a relationship in which the Club and its fans and supporters respect one another and work together to build a sustainable future for the Club.
These reports and policies were prepared with the support of the J.League Sustainability Activities Grant, utilizing funding provided by The Nippon Foundation.
Tokyo Verdy positions the “Sustainability Report 2025,” “ESG Policy,” and “Fan Policy” as a new foundation for sustainable club management. The Club will continue to work together with a wide range of stakeholders, including partners, local communities, government bodies, fans and supporters, to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
